from what i was told years ago while going to UMA, public defenders don't get paid much and they have to deal with number of cases just in one day and gov skank mills shouldn't be running her mouth, considering she done a lot of crap to let criminals off the hook especially ILLEGAL that are coming into this state, my heart goes out to the families who lost a loved one

The candidates don't come here to explain themselves or address Maine issues. The make at most 2 visits of a few hours each. They go to Portland or Bangor and deliver the same stump speech they give 2-5 times a day. If we're lucky there's a 1 paragraph insert that mentions something the governor tells them we care about, then they go. Maine's potential to split electors is an illusion of choice and does far more to cede our voting power to large states than NPV would.
